Nursery: Baby, Middle and Top Class
Early language and numbers, songs, stories, drawing, games and good health habits, taught through play and caring routines that get children ready for Primary One.
We follow Uganda's national curriculum from the National Curriculum Development Centre. Daily routines build strong reading, writing and number skills, and teachers follow up with every child who is struggling.
Early language and numbers, songs, stories, drawing, games and good health habits, taught through play and caring routines that get children ready for Primary One.
Children learn reading, writing, numbers and life skills through themes from everyday life. Early lessons use the local language as children grow into English, as the national curriculum sets out.
From P4, lessons are taught in English and pupils study the four Primary Leaving Examination subjects as well as Religious Education. Class work, homework and regular tests show each child's progress.
P7 candidates practise with past papers and tests in exam conditions, with revision and feedback from their teachers, so that every child goes into the Primary Leaving Examinations prepared and confident.
Reading together, talking about what was learned in class and checking homework help children make progress. Parents can follow results in the parent portal.
